Who is responsible for your data

Juan Daniel Vázquez López, with offices at Calle Surcos Largo 10, La Pe, Oaxaca, C.P. 71565, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under the Mexican federal law on protection of personal data held by private parties (LFPDPPP).

What data we collect

If you only browse the page, we do not ask for your name, phone, email or payment details.

The only things we record when you visit are the code of the place where you received the bottle, your browser language, and when you arrived or tapped a button. None of that identifies you.

If you book online

We ask for your name, email, WhatsApp, group size, date and, if you request transport, where you are staying. We use them only to confirm your booking, send your reminder, pick you up and, after the visit, invite you to leave a review.

Payments are processed by Mercado Pago. We never see or store your card details; we only receive the payment result.

We keep booking records for as long as tax and accounting obligations require, and share them with no one other than Mercado Pago.

What happens if you write to us

The buttons on this page open WhatsApp with a message already written. Sending it is up to you.

If you do write, we keep that conversation and whatever you share in it (your name, your phone, where you are staying) to arrange your visit to Las Garrochas. Nothing else.

That conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own policies.

What the venue code is for

It tells us which hotel or house shared our mezcal with you, so we know who to work with and what commission to settle. It is internal, never published, and not tied to any person.

How to have your data deleted

Ask us on WhatsApp, in the same conversation, and we delete whatever you shared. You can also write to reservas@lasgarrochas.com.

Your ARCO rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or object to the processing of your data by writing to reservas@lasgarrochas.com. We will respond within 20 business days.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
