Cancellation policy

If you cancel more than 48 hours ahead

We refund everything you paid online, to the same payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to show.

If you cancel within 48 hours or do not show up

The deposit is not refundable: by then we have prepared your visit and held the spot for your group.

If the weather is bad

If the weather does not allow the experience, we move your date at no cost. We will let you know by WhatsApp or email.

How to cancel or change the date

Message us on WhatsApp at +52 954 141 8794 with your booking ID (for example, LG-261015-003). The time of your message is what counts.

What you pay when booking

At Las Garrochas you hold your spot with 50% of the experience plus transport, if you request it, and pay the rest in cash on the day. You can also pay it all online. The Cata Rápida is paid in full when you book.
